Closing Down and Moving Over

Closing Down and Moving Over

Closing Down and Moving Over

Hello to my fans, if I have any left, our plans for going tiny did not work out at all. I had to return the shed as the county we live in was cracking down on all living spaces that were not just going to be outside offices, shops, or storage. Meanies!

Sadly, my mom’s health is not the best and we are going to have to buy a sticks-n-bricks here in the North Florida area. We may get back to visiting and camping in state parks eventually but it does not look good for us for now.

Over the next few weeks, I will be archiving the material on our site and moving the rest over to my Workamping in Florida website. I will be updating the book and hope to begin videoing at all the workamping sites around the state over the next 12 to 18 months. The site is currently a “members only” website for most of the material but I may open that up next month. That will all depend on the responses I get. You can still email us until we close using our CONTACT US form if you would like to participate in writing reviews for workamping positions in Florida that you have done yourself.

That means our Facebook page, Twitter page, Instagram, YouTube Channel (along with hosting videos) will be deleted next month. Everything will be consolidated onto the Workamping in Florida name.

I hope to get permission from the Florida State Parks administrative offices to take videos in each of the parks. I didn’t know you needed special permits to video inside the parks unless it is strictly for personal/family use. We will even have to create a waiver form for any human participants. The things we learn. Please send out good wishes to the universe for us to receive these permits as soon as possible. The parks are in need of local volunteers this summer.

For now, because of our limitations, we will be starting in the northern area of the state. Our countdown begins today. You have 30 days to enjoy our reviews, past articles, and videos. Now that we have increased our videography skills we hope you will enjoy, like, share, and comment on the new videos!

Till next time! Keep on camping and volunteering! Send us your workamping reviews soon.
