If you have not been on social media or watched the news here in Florida in the last 10 days you may not have heard that our greedy politicians and the friends the commercial developers have decided it is in the best interests of our Florida State Parks to now have 350 room lodges, golf courses and pickle ball courts within their boundaries! I mean there is nothing that says being environmentally aware and keeping our wildlife safe that putting up big hotesl and golf courses all over their protected land areas.

Most are the same in each of the place such as assisting the employees with their duties. There are some duties that are unique to that particular park. All cam be done by most volunteers and are truly appreciated by the personnel and the visitors in the area.

As a volunteer work camper in Florida, there are various activities and duties that you may be expected to participate in. These tasks will not only help the organization or community you are volunteering with, but also give you a well-rounded experience during your time in the state.
